Boring
Boring is a precision operation in which a hole of a given concentricity must be made in a material. However, unlike drilling, very tight tolerances (0.0001”) can be maintained over long distances (24”).
Dynomax utilizes Kuraki and Toshiba high precision boring mills.
Machining envelopes of 48"L x 24"H x 24"W and work pieces loads of 6600LBS are possible. Tolerance of 0.0001” are routine.
